Biography: I've worked in a multicultural and multilingual psychiatric clinic, a university-affiliated student counseling office, and a community day care center. I currently support corporate employees and their families to improve their mental health, as well as human resources and managers to improve their work environment and performance. In addition, as a yoga instructor, I teach specific self-care methods and concepts for taking care of the mind and body by combining psychology and yoga in seminars for corporate employees.
